The school was built in 1988 as the central primary school of Zhongliang Township at that time. Twenty years after its establishment, today, the school covers an area of 7105 square meters, with a building area of 2300 square meters, a 150 meter student playground with a circular runway, and a fitness place of about 90 square meters. The school has two teaching buildings, six classrooms and several functional rooms, including a sports room, a health room, a music room, a laboratory, an instrument room, a student computer room, a library, an art room, a conference room, and a teacher's office.
