Yanghe Garden Experimental Primary School in Jiangbei District, founded in 1997, is a school invested by Mr. Li Jiacheng, a wealthy businessman in Hong Kong, and built by Kangju Property Company according to modern standards. It is the first public personnel system reform experimental primary school in Jiangbei District.
