The predecessor of Chongqing Jiangbei District Science and Technology Experimental Primary School was the "Eighth Children's Primary School" established by the War Industry Department of the Ministry of Military Affairs in 1939, and later renamed "Jianxin Primary School", "Chongqing No. 23 Primary School", "State owned Jiangling Machinery Factory No. 23 Primary School", and "Chang'an Automobile (Group) Co., Ltd. No. 2 (Staff) Children's Primary School". In April 2006, it was renamed "Chongqing Jiangbei Science and Technology Experimental Primary School". The 83 year old science and technology experimental primary school is located in the center of Dashiba, Jiangbei District, Chongqing. It is connected to the northern new area in the north, the Hong'en Temple Park in the east, the revolutionary holy land Hongyan Village in the south, and the cultural area Shapingba in the west.
