Profile of Chongqing Shudu Middle School:
The school was founded secretly by the Southern Bureau of the Communist Party of China in 1946 under the kind care of the older generation of proletarian revolutionaries Zhou Enlai and Dong Biwu. The teachers of that year were all Communists and progressives, covering up and transferring many revolutionary comrades. In the spring of 1950, most teachers and students joined the army and participated in the work, and the school was closed. In 1987, it was re established by Zhang Zhongming in Xiaoyuan 1st District, Jiangbei District. Now it is a public full-time comprehensive complete middle school. The school is located beside Huaxin Branch Road in the center of Guanyinqiao, Jiangbei District, Chongqing. The campus is surrounded by green trees and has a beautiful environment. It is a quiet place for learning in the city.
