Introduction to Chongqing Jihuazhong School
Chongqing Jihuazhong School, founded in 1995 and adjacent to Chongqing Jiangbei Airport, is a senior high school jointly established by Yubei District Government, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, Jinan University and Huaqiao University. It aims to solve the enrollment problem of migrant children in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area and returned overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese children in Chongqing. The school was named "Jihua Middle School" after the first word of the names of Jinan University and Huaqiao University, and was inscribed by Mr. Qian Weichang, the father of modern Chinese mechanics, a world famous scientist and educator.
