Profile of Chongqing Huangyanpei Middle School
Huangyanpei Middle School in Yubei District, Chongqing was officially founded in September 2013 and is now affiliated to Chongqing No. 8 Middle School Education Group. The school is close to Huangjueping Sports Park and Jiangbei International Airport. As of January 2022, the school covers an area of 70 mu, with 23 teaching classes and 93 teachers.
The school has a high standard library, gymnasium, intelligent laboratory and student practice science and innovation center. At the same time, the school student apartments have complete facilities, and the dining hall can accommodate 2500 students.
History of Chongqing Huangyanpei Middle School
The school was founded in 1970, located in Chongqing School of China Vocational School founded by Mr. Huang Yanpei (moved here in 1939), and officially moved to the new campus in September 2018. The school covers an area of 70 mu and has 60 classes. The school has 93 teaching staff, including 13 urban level backbone teachers, municipal level discipline masters, and 59 teachers with medium and senior professional titles. In June 2021, the school will be integrated into the school running scope of Chongqing No. 8 Middle School Education Group, and the school will reach a new level of development.
Achievements of Chongqing Huangyanpei Middle School Construction
The school has Zheng Xuanyi and other teachers who won the first prize in the National Essay Writing Contest and went to all parts of the country for demonstration classes and experience exchange; Ye Shanshan and other teachers won the first and second prizes in Chongqing Teachers' Basic Skills Competition. The People's Education Press has published the monograph "Giving Three Feet Stage" written by school teachers. The collection of students' essays "A Tree with Flowers" won the first prize of the national middle school students' essays, and the school journal "Echo" won the first prize of the national school journal competition. In recent two years, more than 200 people have won the first, second and third prizes at different levels of the city and district. Interest groups such as school essay writing, scientific and technological inventions, calligraphy and painting, handcrafting, paper-cut, car models, aircraft models, sea models, chorus, dance, track and field teams provide a broad stage for students to develop their personalities.
