Formerly known as "Jiulongpo Dadukou Primary School"; In 1965, Dadukou District was established and renamed "Dadukou Primary School of Dadukou District"; In April 1971, it was renamed as "No. 1 Primary School in Dadukou District"; In September 1978, it was restored to "Dadukou Primary School in Dadukou District"; In August 2006, it was renamed as "Yuxin Primary School in Dadukou District"; In June 2015, the name of "Chongqing Dadukou Primary School" was restored.
