Ordinary high school graduates who meet one of the following conditions or social personnel with the same educational level as ordinary high school education can apply for the ordinary class.
1. Candidates have lived in our city for a long time from the date of birth to the time of application.
2. Candidates who have the status of ordinary high school students in our city and actually study and meet the following conditions:
① The parents of the candidates belong to the organizations at or above the county level in our city. The HR department confirms the introduction of outstanding talents, and the household registration of the candidates and their parents.
② The parents of the candidates belong to the enterprise legal representatives and major investors of the investment projects specified by the municipal government at or above the county level. Candidates register with their parents in our city.
③ The parents of the candidates are active servicemen stationed in the army of our city, and the candidates are registered with the army in our city; The examinee's parents came to our city for demobilization (job transfer), and the examinee registered with their parents in our city.
④ Due to the job transfer of parents, the examinee will settle down in our city with their parents.
⑤ Due to family change (refers to abnormal circumstances such as divorce and death of parents), the examinee has a household registration with parents or guardians (the original household registration of parents or guardians is in our city).
⑥ The candidates are foreigners who hold the Permanent Residence Identity Card of Foreigners of the People's Republic of China issued by the municipal public security organ and have settled down in China.
3. Candidates whose original household registration is not in our city (except the second item of the general category), candidates and their parents must have resided in our city for more than 3 years, and candidates must have the student registration of our city's ordinary high school for 3 consecutive years and actually study.
4. For the children of migrant workers who are not registered in our city, candidates and their parents must have at least 3 years of continuous and complete student registration and practical study in ordinary high schools for at least 3 years within the validity period. Parents must provide at least 3 years of legal and stable employment and life support materials (basic endowment insurance and basic medical insurance for at least 3 years must be provided).
5. The children of the staff of embassies and consulates abroad study abroad and have the same educational background as that of ordinary high school education. After returning to China, their household registration has settled down in our city.
Graduates of secondary vocational schools who meet one of the requirements for general registration can apply for general registration. Since the registration of ordinary colleges and universities in 2025, new graduates of secondary vocational schools must provide the equivalent academic ability certificate of ordinary high school education to apply for general registration (except for new graduates of art and sports majors of secondary vocational schools with professional qualifications of art and sports approved by the Municipal Education Commission).
(2) Vocational counterpart
Graduates of secondary vocational schools who meet one of the following conditions can apply for the higher vocational counterpart.
1. Graduates of secondary vocational schools (including graduates of secondary vocational schools who have been certified by the Municipal Education Commission to implement the flexible educational system and credit system).
2. Graduates of secondary vocational schools who have registered in our city for more than 3 years or one of the graduates of secondary vocational schools who meets the second item of the general category.
(3) Direct promotion to secondary level
The training projects of secondary vocational schools and higher vocational schools in our city (including the "five-year system", "three · two phased system" and "five-year consistent system") where the secondary vocational schools have completed their student status and actually studied for three consecutive years, and the pilot project of "3+4" phased training and reform of new graduates in secondary vocational stage where secondary vocational schools are connected with undergraduate students.
(4) Single exam and single move
Those who apply for sports single enrollment and those with disabilities single enrollment should have our city's household registration or school registration. The fire fighting single call is only for firefighters of the national comprehensive fire rescue team, whose qualifications are determined by the fire department.
