The enrollment of private compulsory education schools shall be incorporated into the unified management of the examination and approval area, and enrollment shall be synchronized with that of public schools. The education departments of all districts and counties shall check and ratify the enrollment plan according to the scale of private compulsory education schools within their jurisdiction, and strictly control it through the school roll management system, and shall not recruit students beyond the plan. For private compulsory education schools whose number of applicants exceeds the enrollment plan, the computer will randomly assign places and lottery for admission. The specific implementation measures shall be formulated and supervised by the education administrative departments of the districts and counties. For schools that recruit students in violation of regulations, cause adverse effects or serious consequences, depending on the seriousness of the case, they will be interviewed, criticized in a notice, investigated for the responsibility of the relevant personnel, reduced the enrollment plan for the next year, suspended the enrollment of the current year or even revoked the school running license according to the relevant regulations.
2、 Lottery admission process
Public and private schools enroll students simultaneously. Public and private primary and secondary schools in the compulsory education stage of the city started enrollment on June 20.
If the number of students enrolled in a private compulsory education school is less than or equal to the enrollment plan, they will be directly enrolled through registration; If the number of applicants exceeds the enrollment plan, the district/county education department will organize a random computer lottery on June 20 to accept supervision throughout the process.
After the computer random enrollment results of private compulsory education schools are generated, the "Chongqing Compulsory Education Stage School Enrollment Information Collection System" will send a mobile phone message to inform students' parents to log in to the system to query the lottery results.
Students accepted by lottery must log in to the system for confirmation before 18:00 on June 21; Unconfirmed will be deemed as automatic abandonment.
Students who have not been admitted by private schools will return to the admission system of their public schools, which will be arranged by the education departments of their districts and counties according to relevant regulations, to ensure that the public schools will "cover the bottom" and prevent students from dropping out of school.
On June 26, private compulsory education schools with more applicants than the number of enrollment plans completed enrollment in an all-round way.
Before July 30, public compulsory education schools will issue Chongqing Compulsory Education Admission Notice to eligible school-age children and adolescents.
3、 Conditions for lottery in each zone
1. Yuzhong District
Combination of "multiple proofreading, position assignment indicator arriving at school, random position assignment" and "counterpart straight up"
According to the enrollment aspirations of students and parents, 12 secondary school assignment indicators are allocated in a relatively balanced way. For secondary schools with less than or equal to the number of students enrolled in the assignment indicators, students will directly enter the secondary school; For the secondary schools whose number of applicants exceeds the number of assignment indicators, the secondary schools will be determined by lottery assignment.
The enrollment of junior high school students was started on June 20, and was carried out in the order of spot drawing, direct enrollment, and enrollment of migrant children.
2. Dadukou District
Students with registered permanent residence are strictly allocated to nearby schools
The Implementation Plan of Dadukou District for 2022 Compulsory Education Enrollment and Enrollment clearly states that the enrollment of students with household registration in Dadukou District meets the requirements of "three pairs" of school-age students, and the enrollment is strictly based on the nearby areas.
For junior high school enrollment, District A of No. 94 Middle School and No. 95 Middle School in Chongqing are degree intensive schools, which only enroll students of the right age who meet the "three matching" requirements and must meet the following requirements within the enrollment scope:

3. Jiangbei District
Matching, zoning and overall arrangement
According to the junior high school enrollment policy announced in the Work Plan for Enrollment of Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools in the 2022 Compulsory Education Stage of Jiangbei District, the graduates of primary schools with registered permanent residence in Jiangbei District will continue to complete nine-year compulsory education in the public junior high schools in the district in the way of "registration, division and overall arrangement".
The registered permanent residence of Jiangbei District and the primary school graduates of this district are enrolled in the public junior high school according to the "three matching" or "zoning" school matching. If Jiangbei District has been transformed into a public compulsory education school in 2021, it will enroll students in 2022 according to the 2021 method, and adopt a combination of legal enrollment agreement and computer random assignment (lottery).
4. Shapingba District
Combination of "counterpart school assignment, computer random assignment and regional overall arrangement"
The junior high school enrollment of Shapingba District Public Middle School adheres to the principle of "relatively nearby, examination free enrollment", and adopts the combination of "counterpart school assignment, computer random assignment, and regional overall arrangement".
The new graduates of the primary school in Shapingba District with household registration shall enter the school corresponding to their primary school without examination.
Six junior high school degree intensive schools in the district: Chongqing Seventh Middle School, Chongqing Fengmingshan Middle School, Chongqing Qingmu Guanzhong School; "Civilian to public" schools: Chongqing Famous School Union Middle School, Chongqing Nanyuzhong School, Chongqing Shuren Middle School. 5. Jiulongpo District

Chongqing Yucai Success School and Chongqing Experimental Foreign Language School have been transformed into public schools in 2021. 6. Nan'an District

For school-age children who meet the principle of "three matching", but the time of buying a house and moving into a residence does not meet the requirements for the length of schooling in a degree intensive school, their guardians shall take the original and copies of relevant certification materials to the school for registration, which shall be reported to the District Education Committee after being reviewed by the school to make overall arrangements for school attendance.

7. Beibei District

The "three pairs" of school-age children and adolescents participating in the computer random assignment (lottery) must log in to the school enrollment information collection system of Chongqing compulsory education stage (website: www.cqywjybm.com or follow the official WeChat account of Yubei Education) to fill in the relevant information, and can participate in the computer random assignment lottery only after the information is verified to be true. If the number of applicants is less than or equal to the lottery plan, the students will be enrolled directly by registration; If the number of applicants exceeds the lottery plan, the District Education Committee will uniformly organize a random computer assignment (lottery) on June 20, and accept supervision throughout the process.
"Civilian to public" schools will not accept transfer students in the autumn of 2022, and transfer students meeting the "three matching" conditions will be arranged by the District Education Commission.
9. Banan District
Register at the corresponding school according to the "three counterparts"
The 2022 Compulsory Education Enrollment Work Plan of Banan District specifies that school-age children and adolescents who meet the "three matching" conditions in the urban area should register directly in the corresponding schools according to the enrollment scope.
For school-age children and adolescents who do not meet the requirements of "three matching" in urban areas, the district education committee will make overall arrangements for enrollment according to the priority of household registration, housing purchase and occupancy, share of property rights and other conditions. In this category, if the housing is jointly owned (including with grandparents or maternal grandparents), the parents of the students should share at least 50% (not including 50%) of the housing and have actually delivered the housing. 10. Liangjiang New Area

In principle, school-age children and adolescents can only choose one compulsory education school for online information collection. Before information collection, school-age children and adolescent parents should complete online information collection according to the corresponding published enrollment policies and relevant work requirements.

11. High tech Zone
Implement the principle of "two schools" enrollment
According to the Work Plan of High School Enrollment in the 2022 Compulsory Education Phase of the High tech Zone, on the basis of adhering to the principles of "relative proximity, examination free enrollment, counterpart school assignment, regional overall planning", the new junior high school students in the zone will explore the enrollment method of "multi school division, random assignment".
Students with registered permanent residence in the district shall follow the principle of "two schools". Such students can apply for the computer random assignment of Chongqing Bashu Science City School, Chongqing No. 1 Experimental Middle School, and Science City School affiliated to Sichuan International Studies University.
